You are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mp076 does not operate from within Indonesia and does not warrant that access to the Website is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity, who have been self-excluded from the Platform, or whose Accounts have been previously closed by the Company for breach of these Terms are not eligible to register a new Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, all associated accounts will be closed, and any remaining Balance or pending winnings may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. mp076 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, all Accounts are required to complete the KYC verification process. This process may include, but is not limited to, submission of:
Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of all withdrawal privileges. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
mp076 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account that: violates these Terms; is associated with suspected fraudulent activity; is involved in bonus abuse; or presents documentation that cannot be verified. In the event of closure for cause, any remaining Balance may be forfeited following a reasonable investigation period.
mp076 supports the following Indonesian payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods may change from time to time and are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your Account dashboard.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider, the time of transaction, and network conditions. mp076 does not apply any processing fees to incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may independently apply their own transaction charges for which mp076 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted during bank maintenance windows — typically 23:00–01:00 WIB — may experience delays outside the Company's control. The Company reserves the right to perform additional KYC or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times. mp076 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mp076 does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is entirely the responsibility of the User and any associated costs are borne solely by the User.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Real Money Funds deposited by the User are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any active security review.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mp076 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. General eligibility requires that you hold a verified Account in good standing, with no outstanding KYC obligations and no history of bonus abuse. mp076 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard Wagering Requirement for all bonuses issued by mp076 is 5x (five times) the bonus amount. Certain high-value promotions or reload bonuses may carry a combined deposit-plus-bonus wagering requirement — the applicable multiplier will always be clearly stated at the point of offer. Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus issuance, after which any uncleared Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Account Balance.
Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. As a general guide:
Game contribution rates are subject to change. The rates applicable at the time a bonus is credited to your Account will apply for the lifetime of that bonus.
mp076 employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that constitute abuse include — but are not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting both sides of a market) specifically to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics. Upon confirmed detection of bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close affected Accounts.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by mp076. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected errors in odds or pricing, system faults, match-fixing suspicion, or irregular betting patterns. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation and a corresponding entry in your Account's bet history.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market, game type, and promotion are displayed at the point of bet placement or game launch. These limits may vary by product category, player tier, and promotional period. mp076 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns are determined to be inconsistent with recreational play.
During in-play (live) betting, markets may be temporarily suspended or have odds adjusted in real time. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension may be accepted or rejected at the Company's discretion based on the order in which they were received by our systems. mp076 accepts no liability for bets rejected or delayed due to network latency on the User's side.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, lottery draw, or casino game, the determination made by the relevant official governing body or the Company's certified game engine shall be final and binding. Where a clear and demonstrable error has occurred (e.g., incorrect odds posted due to a system fault), the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Website — including but not limited to the mp076 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by the mp076 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. mp076 handles all personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection standards and does not sell or share your data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
mp076 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Website no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp076 holds its international operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the Company's official support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
